LNG daily fwiw, I don't follow it.. so do your own due diligence. Short term may see weakness under 20d,mid BBand... minor divergence RSI and histogram MacD?.. so may see lower levels.. blue channel should offer good support.. mind the pink possible "neckline" of a possible future H&S should a lower high be made.. highly speculative. Long term from the scant news I've heard about it sounds good.. so maybe traders push it down in the near term .. only to scoop it up and press it higher in the years to come?

Market is poised at the 20 MA / EMA on the daily for either a Yellen bomb or bounce .

I just thought I'd put a few thoughts down. I got a Buy signal yesterday on SPX (swing to intermediate - about 6 signals per year), EXCEPT for 1 factor. And, normally I would have gone long this morning. What is holding me back, in fact I'm trailing a short entry under price, is that we didn't really have any high volume capitulation. We came close on 4/10, but the volume really wasn't there (compare to January.) Also, bonds and the defensive rotation in stocks don't seem to be following this move. It does seem to be supported by FX at the moment.

That said, trailing a short may not be a good strategy either (just musing.) The Daily ADX is still <15, which can be interpreted as the market continuing to be in consolidation, with no down trend in the Daily having ever started. In other words, a non-trending difficult to trade environment. The guidelines for ADX say to "use patterns, support and resistance, oscillator divergences and failures" in this situation.

One of my timing models points to 1870 by late this week to early next. That would imply a test of last weeks High. Still, the 20day sma needs to be overcome, and that has proven a barrier in previous "corrections" (if it is still in process.) So far, we've had a 4.4% decline since 4/4/14, and that's right in the ballpark for the last 8 corrective declines since Dec 2012 (-4.5% average).

And so, much of this isn't very helpful, except to say, be careful as always, and follow your "system", what ever that is, to limit risk and come out ahead.

SPX 5m... As Yellen speaks.. and if there are wild swings... I'd look for a tag of the upper red, and the lower cyan/ morning gap... just not sure which happens first... still a rising bearish wedge .. should we climb higher.. break cyan/ orange.. then retests of the lows? if lower red channel fails
