INDEX dailies... RUT, NDX, COMPQ ... bounced off the 20d SMA

Neutral. No position.

My summation signal is neutral. Last night, the model presented an overbought warning, which is a first off a neutral signal.
My composite trend signal is neutral. The critical indicators for a trend change aren't showing the same enthusiasm as the non-critical ones.

Yesterday, I was looking for some reaction at the top of the heinous trading range. It arrived and has continued into the open.
The moves from here ought to set the stage for the next exit from the trading range, which I think will carry.
Simplistically, an upward breakout probably forces asset managers to chase performance while a downward break probably gives them cause to cash up as we get into weak seasonality.

My signals could go either way. The lack of alignment I am seeing in sub-components of the models are not comforting.
The technical winds are swirling I guess...perhaps consistent with a topping process?

SNOG is still drunk. Gaps make it weird and it is still factoring in 4/16 gap. It is flashing green/red/green - currently still green. Ignore it.

Break blue... think 180 would be conservative.. take this chart with huge amount of doubt... but something I'm watching.. SPX daily
