key time, if this 3rd leg down cannot make decisive new day low then range low was in.

Atlanta Fed GDP NOW revised to 0.6% should give the fed talkers something to think about before this week of jaw boning gets rolling.
Oil was reported to be up overnight because of the proposed OPEC meeting to freeze production at the January levels which the Saudi's say is 3 million barrels a day above demand. Why am I not surprised to see that move fail.
