Yes I agree. But who ever said it "Mark Twain" popularized history never repeats but it sure rythmes a lot and we are historically rather long n the tooth. Then you see the hard numbers on where the cash flows are in the market and that isn't good. It jogs my memory to Ken Fisher's book and his comment that you can always see the tops because they are big and rounded. The real issue to me is will the Fed continue to prop this market when we inevitably get back to the 1800 level?

the market has detached from fundamentals. at some point of time it will re-attach. that is pretty much a sure thing.

the data are strong, so Fed will unlikely unleash another round of QE or rate cut for now. the question is how much impact ECB and BOJ (and PBOC) have on the market

the techs are strong. internal bullish. meanwhile, intermarket shows bearish. spx so far going nowhere.
