Alphahorn,
With due apologies, All your projections have at-least 2 if not more possibilities. So it is always easy for you to come back and say, "I told you so".
Fact is , there never was any specific projections. Even now, can you please tell us what is your upside expectation and when. Or what do you mean by " meaningful pullback"? What level you expect the SPX to go down to and what is your time frame?
I do not want to sound dis-respectful and I am sure you do great work. But please please, can we have a opinion, for once?
There are people here like "Umepel" who give an opinion and stock to it and I personally have lots of respect for such people.

Keep an eye on the high beta garbage. For some reason, they seem to lead the market lately, and yesterday they didn't show any signs of slowing. Today, they seem to be rolling over after their initial pop. I'm not sure what it is, but I think maybe the algos front run with these stocks to get the most for their buck. I think it's very possible the market rolls over here.

I guess that´s it for bulls, at least for the next few weeks....

up move is too strong too fast....

its early to tell, but if a shooting star candle is posted by the close...i would be very scared to be long.

"BBFinance": Don’t expect an answer for alpha horn! He is already out of here, probably visiting some other blogs, in search of suckers who would pay a subscription to get the whole load of ambiguities and charts with hermetic, secretive indicators.
As a Rockies’ cougar, I know all these horned mountain-goats well…Just had one for breakfast…

Did you guys see this morning's news out of Europe? "ECB Suspends Rating Requirement For Portuguese Collateral" Zerohedge posted the following: http://www.zerohedge.com/article/ecb-su ... collateral

"Suspending rating requirements?" Really? Really???? LOL! Remember congress strong-arming the FASB into supporting "mark to book" accounting rules? That, more than any other factor, in 2009, stopped the financial markets from fully imploding. All they, and the ECB, have done is to make the steaming turd pile (which is our and the PIIGS economies) look like a 5-star dinner, is to call junk assets "priceless."

Happy trading all.

IGP,

Market cap=total share outstanding x current price of the one share

Could you plz explain to me if and only if total share outstanding decreasing (people buying and holding) and the price shares of stock going up, WHY the market cap is DECREASING?
What is/are the reason/s that market cap can go down?
Thank you.

extreme high beta, speculative. I'll try to post more names later but they would include CMG, LULU, NFLX, CROX, etc. These tend to be very highly shorted as well. I try to watch them in relation to RUT.
