I find that various charting services can have slitely different closing prices for a security, and so one might show a 'gap fill', while another would show the same current price as falling just short of the prior close.
Sometimes intraday "high of day" can also show a meaningful variance btw services.

As posted by him at 10:40. So it's not unexpected to see a muted response by the market, when the 'expectational lean' was already established at 90%--and the outcome was not a surprise. TLT has given up its small gain and is flat on the day, a narrow range inside day (so far).
