As far as Iknow, C&H is valid only in the trend's direction, but short term trend is down. Pls correct mem if I am wrong...

When I said C&H, I meant in 5 min chart which is still in uptrend. Please note all I'm talking here are day pattern, it'll be invalid within hours or minutes. If I'm talking about other time frame, I'd make it very clear. This is day trade forum, nothing about big picture trend.

Do you mind a question about AAPL? If the system goes now flat with the last (yesterday's) short position it looks for me it would be still one short and one long position - pretty neutral just now... What is your recommendation about the entrance in such a system when it has some positions going already? When, what direction and what price would you try - if I may ask?

First of all welcome aboard!

For now the system holds both long and short and looking for early exit on short but if down day today, the system won't exit the short.

Pretty much the system's doing reflects my opinion: I'm neutral on AAPL now.
