Break down of yellow bearish rising wedge?.. support pink trend line.. followed by lower cyan channel.

not the cleanest H&S on RUT but... breaking the uptrend from Nov doesn't look good.

indeed consolidation results in the downside continuation. NORMALLY this bear should have legs.
