whew,15 minute finally turned feel better now,should see a nice run up

Well I got rid of my GDX widowmakers, and the take away lesson here is to never touch that symbol again... unless it paints a very compelling bottoming setup.

No bloodbath as expect after a weak rebound so out of IWM puts and loaded up on VXX puts.
