Maybe ahead of myself but 1574 is the LT bull bear under that we are going to 1530 But expect a pause/bounce there. Also many MA's are there on spx Thats the magnet here IMO.

I can't post as quickly as you seem to with in and out prices but I was short at about 10:06 am SPY 159.06 via May 18 160 puts at 2.10 per contract and out at 10:15 at 2.28 per contract.

I keep a spreadsheet for every trade I make and the best trades (for me) seem to come between 10 am and 11 am FWIW.

Same here. I seem to make much more in the mornings than in afternoons. Afternoon trading can be a real pain sometimes and I can get whipsawed.

Nothing worse than making it in the morning and giving back in the afternoon.

My composite trend signal is neutral. Another up day or two could turn it up, but this morning's action isn't moving in that direction.
My summation index signal is up.

I have been on the sidelines as my signals, which are intermediate term in nature, have not suggested an edge at present.
