Oh web based platform has lots of issues. How about the thinkorswim desktop version? that should be ok, unless you cant access it where you are.
yes, I can't since i am at work :( but this is the first time I see problems with web based platform

that one is "ratio free"
it looks like only the INTRADAY ratios are down

I think we can now call this a bullish ascending triangle, as it has 2 (4) touch points.
