Cobra, can you explain why VXX is down 4% while the SPX is down 1/2%. I thought they moved differently. Thanks

VXX follow VIX future not VIX, so might VIX future is down hard now.

I used to be able to connect to TD Ameritrade from Ninja Trader ( by calling Ninja customer service, mine is multi broker liscence ). But it stops working after TD A stop streaming data.

I fell asleep here for an hour before and missed one of the biggest quote stuffs to date. Don't you wish you too could bid for eleventy-billion shares and not get fined? For those not following the HFT "Account Violation With Extreme Prejudice" protocol, when you see a big move it was ONLY a computer. And not only that, It was The Five Families mysteriously working at once.

Now, for any bear who would like to know why they bled at 14:15 here is your answer. BUT (there's always a "but") I think this is becoming marginally predictable and especially at trendlines and channels, which means they aren't any brighter, they just have unlimited money and speed. Oh they are killing the market alright, which is why the odds of a Black Swan probably have the Black Swan Clock at 2 minutes to Midnight as there will be no buyers in a disaster such as Mothra v. Godzilla in the NYC skyline. Because who bids when the buyers sell?
