There is still some virgin space between 1324.41 two days ago and 1324.24 from today. Let's see if bears defend that. It could be start of a 3 down.

The SEC is apparntly authorizing a lawsuit against hedge funder Phil Falcone.

The action, which will reportedly be contested, may occur next week.

The suit concerns an unspecified "Goldman deal" according to Bloomberg

I value your contribution to this board! Many trolls have appeared during the 4 years I've followed Cobra. I label them foes as they poke their heads above the slime by making inane posts or personal attacks on others who post. My list is over 30 currently, and growing. I identified SW as a troll several months ago, so I have no idea what he has been posting.
You, cobra and 4 or 5 others are the reason for most of us who trade seriously are here.

The truth of the matter is that in a forensic investigation I highly doubt anyone will find that I smacked somebody first. That conveniently gets forgotten as Arrested Development and The Big C's words are lost to antiquity, but not to me.

I don't post much, but I often visit and I particularly enjoy the content provided by SWalsh. At least he provides a good deal of informed perspective -- as opposed to guess work about where the market goes tomorrow.

I don't always agree with him, but he's consistently thought-provoking. IMO that's a good thing. Apparently some here don't agree. That's too bad.

walsh, let it go!!! you are smearing your own name!!! you are doing damage to your reputation all by yourself!!! if you just focus on your posts and forget about all of the other stuff, it will stop...you have to let it go at some point...
