The POTUS got 4 men killed and the media is helping him cover it up.
I must ask, how many men did GW Bush kill or cause to be killed????????
Your Democrat leaders were in it with Dubya.
Dubya had more than twice the coalition forces when he went into Iraq than when Barry went into Lib-ya

Couldn't agree more! Tired of all the bullshit from both sides. Money could be spent in so many better ways. Politicians are politicians, regardless...

Politically the center is disappearing and with it our ability to work together. The right blames the left and vice versa. Lies can be told with impunity and polarizing the electorate allows for acceptance of views that only align with one's own. I am seeing with my own eyes how it is that nothing meaningful or substantive takes place. As for trading this market I have been witness to a great deal of cooperation and willingness to see the other point of view right here on this board. Good luck to all.

I don't typically look at 5 min charts, more long-term, but the last stick for GDX on 5 min. doesn't look bullish for tomorrow to me....

Plunge - glad to meet you. I hold a Ph.D in Clinical Psych and remember well being told during a grad school interview that "...all things considered, they would select a male." This wasn't illegal in those days (early '60's). I'm sure you and your mom had similar experiences, whether verbalized or not. Despite his protests to the contrary, I believe Romney and his ilk would love to go back to the '50s. I'm terrified that his victory could send this country in reversal by his nominations for the Supreme Court.

I don't get it. I understand alot of market participants reeeaaaallly want to sell today. Ok, fine.

What I don't get is, why does the Nikkei 225 move up/down pretty much second for second with the S&P 500 futures ( though it rebounds to lose less ) ?

Does that mean that people are either manually shorting the Nikkei as they short the ESZ12? Or that organizations have programmed their trading software to trade the Nikkei as they trade the ESZ12 ( and they're trading so much more than the Japanese Nikkei participants that the chart looks like the ESZ12?

It doesn't make sense to me....

I can't believe the Japanese are watching the movements in the ESZ12 or have programmed their software to watch the ESZ12 either normally or even just because of the election.....

Anyone have insight into this?

Thanks.

... That is, I can't believe the Nikkei "daytime" trading would be linked so tightly to the ESZ12 overnight movements. I could easily see the Nikkei overnight trading wanting to follow the S&P 500 daytime movements....
