Do you have any stats / experience with divergences on 1 minute (bull vs bear), seems it worked much better to pick downside today

Close above 1452ish SPX will signal a triangle breakout IMHO.

Something has to give here though with the big sell off in energy. Either energy has a pop tomorrow with equity or equity drops to catch up to energy.

OR we all buy AAPL.

Agree, one of my VIX futures is just a little bit shy of issuing a buy.

Any guess up or down? We are still stuck in this triangle.
I'm clueless, VIX trading in a triangle, could break down, or go back up to break out

TMF sitting right at resistance, looks like it wants to break to the upside

XIV getting neg d, but at this point not giving any clues

/DX sitting at resistance could break either way

My charts are ambiguous

Although astro's are negative tomorrow, so...??

And there is a strong turn date of 5/8th time period...so my bet is we could be down into that time period....

im guessing of course....

You are not alone TG  overall picture is maybe just a little more bullish as bearish but that can change overnight

Agree.
Employment number on Friday. A good one could give bulls the ammo they need...or vice versa.
Last week's close was below the prior week's low. So, the balloon just gets heavier if this thing doesn't start tracking smartly to new highs.
Employment number may be a little surprise upside... or neutral.. but only time will tell

todays ADP = good
doesn’t that usually frontrun Fridays NFP?
= bullish
(correct me if I’m wrong, pls)
Don't know Al. I don't track this closely. My recollection is that sometimes ADP foreshadows right and sometimes wrong. Don't know the stats of being right though.
Concerning Friday, I think Cobra watches for reversals on employment days...that is ultimate reaction to report can be different from initial reaction to report.
Correct me if I'm wrong Cobra please.
So, could be a two way trade on Friday, but for uempel's observation, it's the close that will count.
