This used to be a very reliable indicator, these last 3 years it has failed miserably, success down to 50%. But I like to check it out from time to time. Now it's in perfect "sell" mode

ECB / Cyprus reminds me of a similar story I saw earlier this week...... "and the ring stayed on."
