In order to keep up/dn vol and up/dn adv/dec the market try to keep the cheap stock up so the smart technician will get confuse for a day or two more 131 is the line in the sand.

sideways to up, until all agreed on their bearish stances then bears will have their day, chart pattern suggested top of some kind, SPY under 5dma, IWM not yet, XLF under 5dma, see TRAN still strong, critical point so I am shorting but very careful with my stops DBV is in red today so I will not want to commit to anything seriously right at this moment.
