Yesterday was a major accumulation day. 99% of time there is follow-thru in next few days.
My concern comes from VIX and the close outside of the BB.

But Cobra reporting after the market close does not really inform the retail investors when it counts the most, since most of us dont trade after hours. If you can give us an indication before market close, that would be most helpful and appreciated. Thanks.

that's not fair for paid members. so if eventually I do give out the intraday trading signals, that has to be member only. right now, there're lots of tech difficulties, I need find a good software to do the real time report.

Man, you've been a bear since December rally? But you know what you're doing so you didn't lose money.

My biggest regret is I bought at 1340.03 but sold the next day for quick profit. I should have hold it until we get all the way to the top. Hell, even when the big correction 6.5% that Cobra sees it won't break 1340.03 and that I am willing to make a bet.
yes, if you look back I was more bear then bull since 2007. but hey, to survive this market you got to have to agreed with uncle Ben or you lose.
If based merely on Elliot Waves since I truly believe EW can predict news/events, Here's the tape that I think gonna play out:

1. We melt up to 1440-1450 to late-april/early may
2. We drop 6.5% correction style to around 1350-1365 area (sell in May and walk away) and bottom around late june or late July
3. From that time to November election, we will rise and this will be a very strong rally to amazing new high way past previous high and probably end some where in the upper 1400s or early 1500s (1.618 of A or 1 which is the 1292.66 high). That will make Obama looks like a conquering hero for the election and Helicopter Ben gets kudos
4. After Obama back in office, we do the the May 2011 to October 2011 style all over again and this could be the Primary Wave 4 similar to Nov 2011 decline.

trading ES futures or stocks as a derivative of just recent VIX data is a recipe for disaster. Mind you, VIX is up 6% today and ES is -0.20%. This is why so many stock traders who give TVIX a whirl get destroyed

Thanks for your concern buckethead. VIX is just one component. Good luck to you.

Per the normal post Fed price action, if today is the short term top, then one would expect roughly a 25 pt 3 day correction in the SPX - recent examples are January 2012 and March 2010. So

March 2010 is also a good model for the opex week price action..... So we could be looking at a Monday bottom if history repeats.

You need to go back to Dec 2008 to find a Day After / Opex week Major Top and those were volatile days - so it is low likelihood of replicating...

If we continue to rally in to Friday or Monday, then there is actually a greater possibility of it being a MAJOR TOP as pullbacks do - like January 2012 - occur routinely when we have rallied in to FOMC.
