Seems like there is a lot of overhead resitance at this level looking back atSring Summer 2011. Waitng for the other shoe to drop.

Broke the channel then tried to regain...I believe that is an indication for more selling IMHO...better for bears if we are selling into the close...

longer term look... fwiw.... if we turn down here, make a right shoulder over the next couple months.. neckline 1130ish.... 760ish target (blue trendline).. break up? then 1450? or higher.
