What about the concept of "contrarianism"? Should that imbalance of call buying be seen as bearish from a contrarian perspective?

Haven't posted this chart for awhile.

NYMO a little negative and divergent with price.
I need a close below the June 12 low to mark a cycle high, which would be June 9.
I'd have to study it, but 4 months is pretty long to have gone without hitting an overbought or oversold level.
It is hard for me to imagine going overbought from here. Oversold not so much.
