Obviously market not feeling all that confident and this 2 hr chart on a tick chart for today would make me want to short but as teetertotters go I thunk market wants to grind up yet at least into opex. The other teetertotter participant is a 5 min. channel which would like to be touched on the bottom @ approx ES 1932ish. VOLSPD helps gage whether today is a short candidate and so far it's not.

Took some profits on some longs. Profit stop on the rest.

Price has reached target area, and NYMO has made nice uninterrupted recovery to a place of many recent short term tops.

Not calling a top here per se as I have no idea what will happen. Just money management.

I think the most relevant fact for today is the Cobra type fact that

Thursdays have been the KEY day lately (8 of the last 11 turns have occurred on
Thursdays!)

I am seeing a bit of an ascending triangle with a neck line at about SPY 195.50.
Perhaps breakout can move to the 196 strike?
