possible minor H&S SPY 5m.. should a lower high hold here an sloping neckline goes. 205ish.. target 204.25 for the close.

Incredibly lopsided up/down volume persists, (more bullish on NYSE than Naz).
Strong reversal on $vxn--now at its LOD!

XOP up 8% today, not too shabby.
XLE up 4.4%, about the same as USO.
Semis and homebuilders were relatively weak from the Open, as well as from the prior close. Transports came on, during the session, after a fairly flat open.

floor traders
in quotes because they - mostly - don't work on the floor of the exchange anymore
often responsible for pushing the market one way or another
