They were weak early, and though quite down for the day, are actually gaining in relative strength (RS) thru the day.

Actually, BB52, I hope I speak for many when I say I love your "clockwork" charts, and always pay attn to their signals-- even if I may be operating in a longer timeframe than any particular signal.

They are quite unambiguous.

my money is on the VIX/TLT , and the DJ-20 weakness.. seems recently.. when the Transports are weak early.. SPX follows.. especially with a green VIX/TLT .. time will tell Need a DJ-20 close under the 200d . NDX struggling at 100d/200d just under it

Just a guess, I have no tracking metrics, but we MAY be seeing the 'random' behavior of end of month rebalancings and window dressings, etc. The lack of correlation btw the IWM and QQQ today is dramatic. Qs are flat, IWM is fishtailing all over, etc.
