I got a feeling for a bull trap but bullish overlap got me confuse. so /ES 45 pivot is still in play.

ES 45 gaining power as it is VWAP zone and just below the open. Easier to move up on bull friendly Tuesday if Monday breakout closes green. Case Shiller isn't going to move market and with market up you know consumer confidence will be positive so it could help goose the open.

If you use VWAP to trade it is favor a bear flag, so, that said if bear flag breakdown it will be a good move for bears per VWAP.

Sideways market will give the fault impression to all time frames. my rule of thumb is stick to what works until it fails :D

The chop has given me a few straight losing days trading ES, but nothing too awful. Just when a setup triggers, the market reverses and my stop gets run.

Barrons....

"The latest evidence comes from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s September fund-manager survey, which found investors holding an average of 5.5% of assets in cash, toward the high end of an eight-month range.

In the February survey, respondents reported a 5.6% cash position, the highest since November 2001. Cash peaked in July at 5.8% of assets, and fell in August to 5.4%, before rising again. The bank’s investment strategists consider anything above 4.5% a buy signal for stocks—once that cash is deployed, stocks will rise."...
