Al_Dente, noticed that RVX moved back below the 10 EMA on the daily chart. Would that normally imply a buy?

Since its a daily chart I should probably wait until the day plays out. The above is no longer true as of this moment.

It’s not good enough for me yet
INVERTED RVX has to close above the 10ema ON A CLOSING BASIS for a swing buy signal
Like everything else, if the market whips around, it will too, note the light blue circles

SPX choppy.. Flat Friday … bears pretty proud of themselves with that daily.. if it closes here.. 2190 goes. .. then LOD, LOD goes then looking for gap fill 2182, 2178 next. red line arrow 60m

ES 2030 was the spike low area when the circuit breakers locked the market. ES 2050 was the top of the bounce range , 2080 was the low after Europe opened. So if we breach 2110 it could be buckle up time. Everybody is pointing out that the fund redemptions are all hitting next week, the bond market is in serious trouble and it just keeps going. So I am thinking a good solid sell off and then the Fed says something positive and off we go with the Santa rally.

Look at /ES (Globex) overnight from back then (circa 2028?) and work out the correlation to SPX levels
