Both Bobby Flay and Emeril contributed substantially to the production of the Chicago PMI numbers…

there are 3 pieces in pmi. both employment and price are at new low since q4 last year, and the trend is down. the only component driving the index higher is new orders.
tomorrow's Mfg Index will be interesting.
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

It's actually a four-letter word that begins with an "S."

Financials stalled.
My comments are for entertainment/educational purpose only. NOT a trade advice.

I know most of the people on this board are day traders, but there is a great deal of bearish hopium going on here and people are missing incredible vertical runs in the indexes. Someone yesterday noted that we need to keep an eye on the big picture, well here's my weekly Renko, which has been a waving counting machine for several years now, and yesterday it confirmed the end of intermediate wave (2) of the bullish P[3] count.

time to take profits here, I've been long for a couple weeks

end of the month window dressing ALWAYS gets sold off eventually, it's a statistical fact, because the orders are short term in nature. I'm holding some longs for the longer term but definitely neutral up here.

Gold prices continue to drop steadily. Financials and REITs are weak today.

I disagree. The markets will close beneath 1296 within the next two weeks. It's guaranteed due to end of month window dressing.

Institutions have not gotten on board this move yet because we saw no 10:1 or higher accumulation days.
