AUD is weak across the board, against virtually all currencies, because there was a bad unemployment number in australia, then inflation expectations were revised down, I wouldn't pay that much attention to it.

a bloomberg trader is suggesting an unchanged day

unless there is some news to drive the market
the market's goal is to distribute the wealth of many to as few hands as possible

short term intraday and overnight ES and AUD/JPY as well as USD/EUR move together
about 80% of the time......
that doesn't mean they move at the same extent, they only move up and down together...........

2 minute chart
we'll have to wait and see. so far doesn't look like AUDJPY leads the way anymore.
I believe EUR/USD is the one to watch right now. Topped at 8:44am and been downtrending, might be moving now but I think needs to breakout to get the SPX a chance at 1185.

Is this red bar due to potential downgrade of Spain?

Bouncing off now.

If it happens, will be after 10:30. and that will be a bad sign (lower low after 10:30). have to wait to see.

You’re obviously not trading DBV, volume too low.
So are you using DBV as a leading or coincident indicator for SPX?
Are you using her to see when/if the EU gets fixed = Bull SPX?
Is it her basket of ten currencies that implies better accuracy than pairs?
In other words: How/why is DBV important, other than that she seems to move when you tell her to.

PS: I don’t think we approved your request for days off.
