Silver continues to but its head against the $35 level but we need to see that level penetrated very soon or a correction will likely commence. A trade above $34 would lift prices to the next resistance at $35.50 while a correction south would take silver back near $30.50-31.

The overall picture is a bull flag, possible h&s bottom forming, looking for another downswing to form bottom, short term may have a little bit of upside but more risk to downside here off this rebound. When looking at RSI, it is rising from the bottom in Oct and Money flow short term is now high, so maybe due for a short fall. I am a longterm bull in silver and have held since 2002, so not much of a short term trader in it, but will join the upside on equities here off a bottom. Of course Benny Boy will encourage higher prices!cougar wrote:Still long "Ultra Silver" (AGQ) via Mar calls .

There is a turn date on Jan 6th (+/- 3 days) for silver FWIW, Merriman's 3 star turn dates are pretty reliable. The one for the overall market and bonds is Feb 10th (+/- 3 days). Many thought it would represent a trough, but since we are rallying into it, it looks like it could be a ST top...if we ever get one..L_T wrote:Commentary from a commodity guy I read.
