Notice the charts..The red indicator is moving up,when it peaks the mkt will change to up.Notice the very weak stocks are climbing on second chart,when they peak and the strong stocks go lower the mkt will pop up.If you saved the same charts a few days ago you will have a good comparision..Also the Liquidity dropped again yesterday..If If If it keeps dropping the mkt will keep moving dn..The charts say the dn move is getting close to changing to up..Lets see what happens in the houres ahead.

Ma and Pa Kettle have taken their money out to live on. This has all been an illusion and Copperfield might be done with his act.

QE has done nothing for the economy. If QE worked Japan would not be entering it's 3rd decade of malaise (to put it lightly). I know some don't care for politics here, but who do you think told people the mkt was going up when he said, "I think the stock market is a buy"? His instructions said to do this, so we did not solve a thing because they think corruption cures all. Giving this guy another 4 years to do nothing will insure the destruction of our banking system, not that it can necessarily be fixed until they take losses that wipe the likes of GS out, and the destruction of the middle class. The mkt has gone up as it has believes the Fed will always do something to give someone money to buy. When that belief ends, the serious deleveraging begins. It is inevitable. Is it starting? I have no idea but my target is 1200 SPX and I think quite strongly that the top is in.

"IF" yesterday was all of wave 2, wave 3 is going to exit the bottoms of the channel.

There is a turn date next week 14/15th that affects silver/gold as well as the markets, so look at next Monday or Tuesday for a possible spike low in the metals, may be a good time to buy...??
