5 min CC168/9EMA for vixies
MA ribbon on SPY (5 min) chart and HA is "Haiken Ashi" bar of 80 period moving average of SPY (Idk the exit algo for this indicator, I use a template that does it automatically in Metatrader (it appear as red/white band below the price window charts that I shared with you).
Here are the STATS for trading SPY since Feb 2012:

Losing Trades: 8 11 19
Max. Gain/trade: 6.54% 7.54%

retail sales ex autos +0.8% vs est of +0.4%. last month revised from -0.4% to -0.8%.

if i tell you that next month sales will be 99 vs this month at 90, then you expect +10%. then next month comes in at 99 and i say, "actually last month was really 85" thus producing a +15% m/m gain and you say, "hot damn, strong numbers!!"

so the actual $ of retail sales was exactly as expected. but it's a beat. and the best part is it works. the market - people - really *are* that dumb

I had to go all the way back to 2005 on the weekly, to find an (inverted) $VXN higher than yesterday’s. See pink on the top panel.
EIGHT years !!!! Don’t even try to tell me it’s opex roll contango.
It won’t flash a sell signal until it turns down BELOW the signal line.

Signs of the global slowdown in steel and shipping

Panama reports that shipping through the canal is down 4.6% Jan-May in 2012 compared to a year earlier.
Vale director of investor relations Roberto Castello Branco says the company is “very negative” about the European situation and that China’s “golden years” are gone.

-4,6% , it's not a small number
some say china is hiding the "real" macro data; $ssec is saying that things are not going very well in china.. inflation was above 4% at the start of this year, now is below 2%
