Too early in the game yet and quiting already?

Tape is reading strange. Laggards showing strength while leaders show that there are sellers into this rally already. Can't quite see what is going on and I am too busy to stay and study it (I am in and out all day). Staying neutral. No trades today. GL everyone.

I bought some real estate in FL for my wife. We are selling our house in VA and moving here. Right now I am living in this one room pool house that I intend to tear down while three crews are in the main house ripping it apart and (sometimes) putting in back together. Today is extraordinarily hectic. I have gone to 100% cash in my core and trading accounts which is the first time I can ever remember doing so. The trading account is that way because I don't have time to concentrate and the core was to take some profits andsit back to see what is developing on a more long term view. I believe there is a great deal of long term risk right now as it will become harder and harder for the Fed to prop things up.
