PS - I have classic Laundry T expiring today as price approaches final bull summation target (of the 3 generated out of the '09 thrust) of 1494 cash.

Myrexis (now 2.78) cancels upcoming shareholder meeting; announces appointment of new CEO; approves speical cash distributuion of $2.86 per share (MYRX) 2.78 : Co announces that its Board has determined to cancel the special meeting of its shareholders scheduled for Jan 23, at which the co had been intending to seek approval by the shareholders of a Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution. The Board decided, after extensive and careful consideration of strategic alternatives, to abandon the Proposed Plan of Dissolution and instead implement the arrangements described below, which the Board of Directors believes will create the greatest value for the Company and its shareholders:

The Board has declared a special cash distribution to shareholders in the amount of $2.86 per share.
It will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, February 4, 2013, the record date, as soon as practicable after such date.
The Board has also appointed Jonathan Couchman as a Class II director of the co and as its President and CEO
The remaining members of the Board have resigned.
The co, under the leadership of Couchman, will continue its evaluation of strategic alternatives.
