Slow-moving conservative hedge for long portfolios
[Note the bottom was 22 May which was our “key reversal” day]

Any reason for the dollar tanking? I though QE winding down was bullish?

I've been watching all day and have no idea. I would love to hear some news but can't find anything.

I guess it has to do with the yen but still, its too much I think (lots of strange things in the market over the last few weeks)

Another thing I noticed is the market goes down as the $ drops over the last few weeks. ( I can't remember seeing that before)

Don't forget that traders are trading for future directions and not simply current.
I have they're selling based on the Fed tapering.

The ECB left rates unchanged. More like Euro is soaring rather than dollar tanking.
Europe seems to me to be in a deflationary depression, but for a variety of reasons the central bank is not in a position to drop money from helicopters.
So, cash is dear. Euro is strong not because things are good but because things are bad, kind of like the yen was for the last few years.

Yea I Knew about the ECB but it still seems overdone. Its getting killed by every major currency I can find. Also the second the $ starts dropping, the equity markets follow.
