today's volume must be lower than last peak volume. if higher volume today a breakout is in the making, if not, you know the drill.
thx boss
My comments are for entertainment/educational purpose only. NOT a trade advice.

Overall, the Beige Book points to an improving economy although inflation remains very sluggish. Today's report suggests continued taper of Fed bond purchases at the January 28-29 FOMC meeting unless weak inflation takes on a higher priority (boosting prices). http://mam.econoday.com/byshoweventfull ... ek.asp#top

December 31 is one of the lighter volume days of the year given the holidays.
So, I might be inclined to bias the interpretation.
i.e. I would score a volume tie as one for the bears. Bulls should have a solid volume beat.

few people mentioned ending 5W, it will truncate to fool everyone.
yeah but can overshoot as well IF we are in ending diagonal then this should be the e-wave (most tricky wave) there is one problem with big ED though, there is absolutely not overlap anywhere so still could make a smaller ED as a part of bigger ED maybe something like this
way too early to say but I am pretty sure this cycle started in october is coming to an end
