15min timeframe, USO showing a higher low, and currently testing the (still downslope) 50period MA for the second time today

Since oil stocks often lead the price of oil itself, and XOP, OIH, and XLE have all been strong to very strong today, it portends an upside break in the price of oil, which may not return to test support at the 34.60-34.70 level of USO...

Watching them carefully...

Huge distribution in GLD ca 1:30 pm, not a phantom bar. Dropped the price rapidly over five minutes. Total volume nearly 700,000 shares, per Scottrade.

intraday = sell.
Mid to long term = tighten the stop on longs
