I guess I did not make myself clear with my request folks, I appreciate the posts though.

With ToS and Livevol, I can see and set up options trade above a certain size that go through. For example, if I set it to 500, only trades that have 500 contracts or more will show as they happen. I can easily change this to 20, 100, 1000, whatever.

That's what I want to do, set a parameter for the equities side that shows ANY STOCK that has a certain preset number of shares that trade at once. If someone buys 4,000 shares of JibbyJabba industries, I want to be able to have that flow through my scanner.

100% mm, not sure, like I said, it's range day (means 80% breakdown would fail), so hard to say. market up strong before the close in the past 2 days.
