I keep forgetting that I can upload a chart. Problem is I have big screens so I use big charts. This is one hour ES on top DX under, both with a standard Keltner.

TA trader should not have any bias at all, trade what's in front of us. Greed and Bias kills. when in doubt stay in cash.

INDEX days.. COMPQ holding support.. NDX/COMPQ just dead cat bounces.. imho.. <20<50d on both.. SPX daily looks weak… INDU and TRANSports holding us up. .. that's secure..

Backtesting the breakout at the 218 zone is in progress (pink line)
If we don’t get that far down, that’s fine too, and very bullish, but it just delays the backtest of the breakout.
The 38.2% retracement (a “normal” pullback) down to roughly 216.69 is more challenging, and difficult to see the bulls allowing that before BFTD.
Uempel’s seasonal chart suggested we have more down before the rally into year-end, but I think it will be a bouncy ride.

Silver lookin update. Daily, it did mosey back up toward the cloud, 61.8 retrace.Inverted dollar/yen (red) has bubbled, silver should regress.Carry trade is losing momentum though, something to watch. Daily.Based on the hourly Stochastic, it may turn down mid diamond and drop like a democratic candidate. Short, stop loss at diamond breakout to the upside. Target 35 handles to the downside. Not so many surprises to how the algos treat the silver chart. Good weekend to all. Vote Cobra.

Down to 2182. Hope we can get there.

If a 30+ year bull market for bonds is over (says the two bond kings) then how long can it stay oversold? Or are they wrong and CB financial repression policy will continue as per Fed policy statements putting us into negative (like Europe and Japan) nominal interest rates next year?
