let's see if those aggressive dip buyers coming in again after euro zone closed. I bet this time is different because the dip is becoming larger and larger.

I thought OIH, XLE, & XOP pretty much tracked each other. Apparently not, XOP is in a rally. XOP is the most volatile (risky) because it's the small cap version of the other two.

operation twist is supposed to target the long end of the curve ( tlt is 30 yr bonds ) so i guess some people are front running the fed buying?
but isn't it a rumor instilled by the market aka Bill Gross? And wouldn't one think that its already baked in and once the news is out, you sell bonds?
when bill gross says something it usually is not just a rumor. the bond king gets inside info.

this could just be a safe haven for now until the bernak releases his plans - if people like what he says you could see a quick run out of bonds and into stocks. good tell for today.

chances of a small double bottom here, not confirmed yet. NORMALLY, I mean NORMALLY, the rebound should fail, this is at least 2 legged down.

it looks as if they are pushing up into the triangle again though. and they are getting some support with the macd and RSI is about to cross over 50 on the 5 minute...looking strong, but i hope it fails soon. :)
