Hmmm, I think you are are getting irradiated over nothing again because I find the charlie sheen winning image to be quite humorous.

Be on the cautious side during the reconstitution. We will be in Yo-Yo move during this time frame. Stocks like FSLR , DDD , etc are all above 2B market caps (MID-CAP size now) might be kept on the list to keep this index up. There are many stocks had IPO by GS and JPM since April that pushing this index higher BUT I don't understand why this index called small caps when they are MID- cap listed on this index. They are a lot garbage stocks that might be replaced with better stocks.

We might be in Major 4 of R2K during this transition and then upward momentum to finish Major 5 to end Primary 3, IMO.
