This is the red avg 10 min chart and upper band so we will struggle here for a while..Raised my stop to breakeven (1786.25) Looking to exit around 1794-5 for a hoped for 500 buck trade.

possible minor invs H&S GDX 60m.. if it plays out break pink neckline... red channel seems reasonable target... blue lines are the previous yearly lows..

A poor close seems like it would open up an abc measured move target that is some ways down from here.

is this the 1pm signal Uempel?

Yes, but the low was at 12:30 p.m. Presumably the 1min oder the 30min charts (which I didn't check) gave slightly different time signals

NYDEC >2300 bears (needs to stay above 2000 for bears)
Volume ratio 4-to-1 bears (needs to stay above the ma)
Bears need to keep pushing …. they are getting a bit soft (covering)….but it’s a bear-trend day until internals reverse…
