I read a while ago that Hugo Chavez made sure his supporters in every village were well armed with AK 47's in case the American Imperialists attacked. Also to make the Generals think twice. When Venezuela moves into chaos and anarchy it could be very ugly. Until then I am sure we will see then begging the rest of OPEC to take one for the team on their behalf, regularly.
