TZA looks like it could hit 29.55$ range in the next 20 minutes or so. This one I am not too sure of, 40% chance?

Here are some levels that I watch, for SPY.
--------------------------------
Interesting to notice: at this point in time (and at this VIX) there is very limited interest for SPY and IWM at the money Dec calls.
In contrast, “smart money” is selling (…probably: to open) lots of overvalued SPY Nov 125 puts…

Hi Cobra,
Thanks as always for the great analysis. I have a question regarding the huge gap up. Earlier, you stated that it was too stretched, which I took to mean that
it was unsustainable. What made you no longer see that as relevant? Thanks

Is this rally too strong? Does it nullify the start of downtrend call and instead this wednesday just a countertrend correction? Thanks
I think it's ranged market. Neither bull nor bear.

AAPL is not representative of the stock market. I don't own a single AAPL product.

Did you notice the triangle on the 1 min?

Cobra LD, in terms of percentage, it seems the stop loss price for the TZA position entered in your portfolio yesterday is 26.92. Do you or the model adjust this number or always keep it the same until the position is closed?

Thanks.

No, you didn't understand me correctly.

too stretched means just a consolidation or small pullback. that problem was fixed with 2 red 5 min bars.
later I gave the target, that's the one you should listen.
too stretched is not a sign of weakness.

bottom line these days, gap ups, even huge gap ups have showed a nature to continue to be stretched, even though normal TA would advise that a pullback of some sort would be apparent.

almost at the target now. it should be 126.89. Too bad, I didn't listen to my tinted area, I calculated the wrong target where I exited half at 126.70.
