Possible road map. The routes may be correct in relation to levels.. not time frames. Anyhow levels to watch.

Great chart Fehro!
from McClellan's corner its got classic Nysi at zero line (1000), usually at least a pause in price movement here, possible a bounce off mid June highs and this 38% retracement level
(Nov. 15, 2012.)

given the level of retail complacancy and cpc activity in this downmove i think more downside after brief pause.

have a great weekend all Boardies and vote for Da King!

I use (try to use) some of Gann's principles within my day trading.
One aspect is speed lines.
As the S&P index is hybrid (not a single stock) and as the composition of the index and weights change it is not a consistent index overtime.
Regardless of these difficulties my system is built on it and so I'm stuck.
I have some mathematical questions that others may be able to help with.
I will start a Gann thread in the investor's lounge and post my Gann questions there.

Aug. 16 – 23 is supposed to be the week that some Gann “Square-of-9” followers expect the SPX to plummet.
I would really like to hear what you think?

I respectfully request that you post a link here when you have updates over your Gann thread. Thanks

SPY is starting to look like a dome
If it is a perfect dome (and they rarely are), the target date to reach the dome base would be about the week of 16 Sept at SPY $156
Dome patterns are highly speculative, and every bounce has the potential to bust the dome wide open.

From my weekend update.

This is from the ETH weekly summary section.

Things I noticed:
1. double weekly top of 1705 making this a key number (2 &9 Aug)
2. midpoint continued up in week of 9 Aug but has now fallen to 1672.
(this is below 1678.13 of 19 Jul so 12 Jul is the last time seen these levels)
(week 28 Jun had a larger drop in midpt change so not horrendous)
