Don't know how you trade, I bought at 1317, sold at 1320, that's 3 handles. And I did not buy one single ES. So I'm quite happy.

If you can consistently do this, you wouldn't be here. :D

We've had 2 days in a row of a gap down and rally fail to make new lows.

With the 1315-1317 pivot on $SPX a really key line, we need some of Ben's magic beans to juice things or 1300 is closer than I thought.

XMan, don't quite understand you. It's not very helpful for daytrading if you have a preconceived opinion of the medium term trend. If the minute or the 10 minute chart show clear buying signals (even though medium term trend is down) why not go long for some minutes or some hours? Important is that you are aware of what you are doing and don't forget that the medium term is down...

Nothing is consistant, and I'm having fun here. Nothing else counts.

SPX is definitely depends on the crude oil. Crude temped to break down $95. It failed for the 3rd time. Now I think the whole market will be up soon.

the market is kinda lack of power.
my script,
1. dip from current-1325 level (off if go directly over 1326)
2. dip below 1320.5 (off if break day low)
3. back up to take 1326

yes i am drawing a rhs :D

trend line resistance but generally the rebound should get stronger and stronger, so the mini target is marked on the chart, should be more than that but I still expect the rebound to fail eventually.
