vol surge, so might be another rebound here. again watch for the mini target, exceeds it then the low was in.

vol surge, another rebound, let's see if it can exceed mini target. now the rebound is not good for bulls as it means bears are covering, they're very careful.

635 new lows today
Last seen >600 was October 2014
Prior to that was Oct 2011
This and other extremes have SPY in the bounce zone
