Up/down volume is still bearish, but is improving, and is improving faster on Nasdaq than on NYSE...

Watching IWM-- has failed to get above daily VWAP 6 times since this AM. Can only pierce, but not close above.

(IWM at 114.80+, closing on a 5min bar basis, would be "above")

day low has been tested many times, suppose not hold this time but the problem is the close is very near so anything can happen.
