Mind the morning gap on the SPX. SPX 50d 1998.52 so close.. possible sloping messy H&S on the /ES 15m.. target 1964 ish.. if we fad the gap.

/CL - USOIL W/D/60m nearing 20w SMA 49.98.. almost there.. tags triangle target. DXY D - USDOLLAR 60m weak nears H&S target.. key uptrend daily

China opens tonight/tomorrow (after 4 days closed)... way 'offside" .. in relation to the SPX move.. it "should" gap up $SSEC tonight.. then do the US markets sell it hard tomorrow?.. to trap the longs.. the sneaky index moves during holiday closes.. always trying to take the other indexes offside when they are closed for holidays.

SPX 50d adjusted after open 1996.52 .. almost there..

ES: Marching towards the 1998 target. Currently, battling the daily 50SMA major resistance. Could be a quick squeeze gentlemen.

AMZN: Immediate target is 545-546 retest. I'm in a small scalp long position.

(Obviously, lower probability than yesterday's bear train)

Update:

DUST: Traded below yesterday's low and currently a 15m perfect bull reversal bar. Let's see if it gets follow through.

Immediate target should be the 17.4 gap fill if so. No failure allowed bulls.

SPX tags 50d.. try a small short here.. probably a tad early.. should wait for the next hourly candle..

TSLA: Currently at daily 200SMA support and it is also an outside weekly bar.

Swing term wise, this looks pretty ugly if it breaks below 230....LOB!

AAPL red… bulls see an invs H&S.. bears see a long term channel re-test… Daily long term and closer view.. fwiw..

Some (smart?) guys are referring to 1998.

But I don't see much similarities between 1998 and 2015. Even though the correction was much stronger in 1998 (22.4% versus 12.4% in 2015) important MAs like 377 were only broken for a couple of days. Whereas SPX has now been trading below this threshold for 30 days.

On the other hand there is this W low, which is a bullish signal. Its span was 27 trading days in 1998 and in 2015 it's the same, exactly 27 trading days. Coincidence? Or did the guys doing the algos just copy the 1998 bottom?

Fehro, unique....great charts and TnA! I am now out of all spies as of minute ago...got in sept 24th n held thru scare sessions lol appreciate the charts as I mostly swing trade a few days weeks etc...still think vix has the 17.5 to 18 target fwiw and glta!
