SPX mind yesterday's gap 1876-1881. Heavy resistance at the 1900-1910 range. SPX 5m lower chart possible invs H&S cyan, or a red triangle.

DXY daily.. painfully struggling in a wedge/bear flag of sorts. watching paint to dry.. before it falls of a cliff..

Mario backpeddled, all aboard, ramp up to fed maybe backpeddle next week (jan 27)?

Overview:

SPX into resistance.. dabble short small position to hedge longs, sell a few more longs

So far the correction low is still not aligned with the volume high. I also have no buy signal here. I have to expect this rally is not a deadcat bounce but just a fakeout for a few hours at most before lower lows get installed.

20 pts range without clear direction

From my view, IF a breakout of the 3 week downtrend is about to happen, Negative Price Reversals on the 60min and Daily RSI pointing to 1799 imply that a backtest would follow, but a higher low on the 60min swing (meaning a non-confirmation of the NPR) could be a good set-up to go long for a few days.

testing yesterday's high, key time. sharp pullback then it's just a range day.

SPX at the open gap.. hourly candle looking bullish.. but 20m to …VIX weak but not broken.. yet.

pattern seems bullish. 11am oil inventory report. potentially market mover.

SPX going of the gap fill VIX on support.. VXX not falling apart yet.

almost have recovered all losses from yesterday , 500+ point swing, think u can call this V lookin....
