Genscape reported a build at Cushing so down goes oil. Another bad sign PAD1 (East Coast) awash in imported gasoline has stocks 21% above last year. The only thing that could help now is a really bad hurricane season where they have to shut off production in the Gulf for extended periods and the LOOP terminal is threatened.
