SPX slips.. opening under 20d SMA 2149.30.. ..so possible island, inv hammer daily.. with the gap down. descending wedge orange on the bigger charts.. resistance is higher.
VIX 15m sloppy bullish falling wedge. Mind the 20w at 2146.54 to the downside, and open gaps

DX straight up this morning, thanks to fed speak and WSJ's Hilsenrath. Just like that ES drops to new overnight lows and a small red gap down for the open. Maybe consumer confidence will turn it around at the RTH open.
